Kurenai placed a hand on Jiraiya's shoulder to silence him. Horathi. Her eyes searched the woman's face and she hardened her grip on her friend's shoulder.

"I saw a little near the stream." She repeated what De'Soto had told her to say to the strangers. "How come you don't trust them?" She questioned. His fur was bristling and he was growling. 'Because I don't Arashi. I think that they are here to kill someone...' He was still poofed up and looked like a ball of fur in her pocket.

Thank you, stranger. They lept off the wall and ran towards the stream.

Arashi dipped her head ever so slightly. She had told them a lie of course. De'Soto had told her not to trust them, so she didn't. She told them what he had told her to say, and if he didn't trust anyone, she didn't. It was a kind of pact that she had made to him when she was little and her family had all gotten murdered. She took him as her teacher, sensi, or her leader. She considered him both. She also knew that the only place that Horathi was found was in the bushes inside the Village. She wondered how they would take it if they hadn't found the Horathi? Her tail lashed wildly as she continued to lean on the wall and the rain still poured.

Jiraiya and Kureani searched long and hard for the herb. It's not here! Jiraiya, she lied. I'll kill her! The lovely shinobi started back towards the Village Gate.
The man jumped after her. Kure. Calm down. I'm just as mad as you, but you don't see me tracking down that ninja do you? Please calm down. He turned her around to look at her face.
She snorted, How am I supposed to-- Warm lips met her's as she mumbled those last few words. Kurenai was shocked, this kiss wasn't sweet and innocent like the first one. No, this was passionate and loving. Her arms went around Jiraiya's neck and he hugged her close.
Jiraiya broke the long kiss and sank to the tree. That's how. was muttered breathelessly.

"De'Soto, why did you let me lie to them?" She qeustioned, starting to get quite upset with him. 'Because, you're not supposed to entrust other ninjas with the information of your Village.' He said promptly. "Oh." Was all she muttered before she lifted her paled face to the raining sky, only to let the rain patter on her delicate features.

We can go now that you are calm. Jiraiya spoke first. He gazed at Kurenai's glazed eyes. Desire...he thought Maybe she does love me.
I'm far from calm. But ok. Kurenai slowly got to her feet. They felt wobbly. I don't think I can walk!
Jiraiya chuckled, Climb on my back. He hoisted her onto his back and took off in the direction of the Rain Village.

Arashi was still leaning against the wall, but soon grew bored and jumped over, landing squarely on a rock in front of a pond. She noted that she wasn't in her favorite spot and hopped over to it, which was a spot beneath the trees. There is a spot that has an open area where any can go and sleep, and no one will notice you, unless they were truely lookiong and actually had the paitience to deal with the illusions that the trees put up. She lay under the tree, her black clothes blending in quite well with the shadows. She hoped that those others wouldn't find her...

Jiraiya stopped suddenly as he jumped on the wall. We must go in, but I don't see any other people! Is this Village deserted??
I'm not sure Jiraiya. I've never been hear. Her arms wrapped tighter around Jiraiya's muscular shoulders as she looked at the Village.

Arashi took De'Soto out of her pocket. She placed him on the ground, where he just looked at her funny and then jumped onto her lap. She was still against the tree, and she was already seeing light spots and it didn't help that it was still raining.
